DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support system implementations, upgrades, and technology refresh activities. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Provide onsite technical support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of: Windows Operating System, Microsoft applications, Apple iPads Respond to IT incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions. Monitor system performance and maintain incident logs and operational reports. Assist with IT projects and daily operational support (BAU) to ensure system reliability.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum NITEC qualification in any discipline. At least 6 months of IT support experience is preferred. Familiarity with Windows OS; knowledge of Mac OS will be an added advantage. Able to support BAU operations, IT projects, and technology refresh activities. Comfortable working in a healthcare environment. Able to work 5.5 days per week (44 hours) Willing to complete required vaccinations (MMR, Tdap – fully claimable) prior to deployment.
