Administrative Tasks
Perform administrative tasks and divisional correspondence
Prepare ATO lodgments for partner or director authorization
Maintain weekly staff utilization tracker breakdown
Create and share timesheet reminders and weekly team entertainment
Send tax lists once a month
Update the Manila leave tracker monthly
Maintain the leave tracker
Xero Administration
Perform Xero administrative tasks
Set up basic Xero files
Maintain Xero administration records
Process Xero disbursements
Upload bank transactions in Xero using CSV files
Client and APS Administration
Perform client setup and APS maintenance
Update client records including address and contact person
Process client terminations
Perform client and matter setups
Update master records, addresses, and other client details in APS
Other Responsibilities
Perform all functions, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Company
Comply with orders and instructions given by the Company through authorized representatives
Perform administrative or non-administrative duties assigned by Company representatives through written or verbal instruction from time to time
REQUIREMENT
1-3 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant
Exposure to a professional services environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong desire to learn
