DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust branch strategies. Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve performance goals. Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Prepare and analyze branch performance reports. Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability targets. Customer Relationship Management
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Management/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in branch/sales management for at least 7 years within mechanical/electrical spare parts distribution or a related industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and build team capabilities for long-term growth. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
