DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure all benefit administration processes (medical, eyewear, operational allowance, pension, insurance, etc.) are implemented properly and consistently in accordance with company policies. Manage end-to-end payroll process, including payroll closing, reconciliation, variance analysis, and statutory compliance. Handle personnel administration including attendance, overtime calculation (non-staff), business trips, SPH, and employee data completeness. Maintain and update employee database based on approved Personnel Action Reports. Monitor, evaluate, and propose continuous improvement for Compensation & Benefit policies and procedures. Conduct policy socialization and training related to C&B implementation. Ensure compliance with labor law, tax regulations (PPh 21), BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan requirements. Prepare compensation reports, manpower budget analysis, salary review simulation, and benchmarking analysis. Design and review salary structure, grading system, and employee benefit programs. Build and maintain good relationships with hospitals, BPJS, insurance providers, and relevant external parties. Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits. Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness of all compensation data.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits role. English Proficiency will be considered Experience in palm oil plantation company or SAP Payroll Consultant for plantation industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, BPJS reporting (e-Dabu & SIPP), and PPh 21 calculation. Proficient in SAP HCM (Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management). Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel: Pivot Table, Lookup, data analysis). Familiar with Microsoft GP System is an advantage. Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading structure, and compensation package design. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good negotiation and communication skills with internal & external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines (especially during payroll period). High integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Detail-oriented and compliance-driven mindset. Willing to travel to site/estate if required. Certification such as CCP or CHRP is a plus. Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta.
