DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement marketing communication plans aligned with company objectives. Create engaging content for digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, and advertising materials). Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution. Manage and update company social media accounts and monitor online engagement. Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, presentations, and newsletters. Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare regular reports and recommendations. Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Basic knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and branding principles. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Good organizational and project management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
