REQUIREMENT
Demonstrates a commitment to customer service by anticipating and responding promptly to needs Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner using strong problem-solving skills Excellent written skills with the ability to write clearly, informatively, and free of typos or grammatical mistakes Dependable and responsive to management instruction; completes tasks on time and communicates effectively Professional demeanor; treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility, follows through on commitments, takes initiative, and maintains confidentiality Strong standard for excellence in every task Education and Experience: 1-3 years of related experience Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience Other Qualifications: iCIMS ATS experience preferred Outlook Email, Calendar, and Contact systems experience Microsoft Excel and Word experience Knowledge of principles and procedures of recruitment and selection Physical Requirements: Regular use of hands to handle or feel and talk or hear Frequent sitting Occasional standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds Close vision, distance vision, and color vision required Work Environment: Occasional exposure to risk of electrical shock Moderate noise level
