DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Creating and posting job vacancies (JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other platforms)
Conducting talent search and screening candidates, including preparing and conducting interviews
Preparing Employee Letter of Agreement and other HR-related documents
Handling working permits for international staff/expatriates (Visa, Working KITAS, Investor KITAS)
Registering and issuing BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for employees
Handling employee attendance and absence (monthly & yearly reports)
Ensuring office operational needs are fulfilled (workspace, stationery, pantry/kitchen supplies, restroom supplies, etc.)
Organizing internal and external meetings/events (company gatherings, hampers, etc.)
Coordinating office maintenance (cleaning, repairs, AC servicing, etc.)
REQUIREMENT
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently without constant reminders Strong documentation & filing management skills (well-organized & systematic) Responsible, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines Minimum 1–2 years experience in HR position Strong follow-up skills and good communication Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Fast response and solution-oriented
