Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
Build strong talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring advice.
Represent the company at university career fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking sessions to strengthen employer branding and attract young talent.
Establish and maintain partnerships with universities and colleges for internship and graduate hiring programs.
Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency and quality.
Talent Management
Drive performance management processes and succession planning initiatives.
Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve KPIs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations.
Continuously improve HR processes and systems to support business growth.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong experience in recruitment (high-volume hiring experience is an advantage).
Experience in a recruitment agency environment will be an added advantage.
Proven track record in talent management and employee development initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
