DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and develop new business opportunities Promote Air, Sea & Land freight forwarding services Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with clients Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipments Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate client and sales records Represent the company professionally in meetings and calls
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in shipping or logistics sales Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services Good communication and negotiation skills UAE market experience preferred Valid UAE driving license is an advantage Arabic language is a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive negotiation and closing ability Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset Excellent relationship-building and client management skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Good time management and organizational skills Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with strong coordination skills Professional attitude in meetings, calls, and client interactions
