REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university Min. 5 years of experience in distribution management within the FMCG industry Proven track record in sales management, target achievement, and market expansion within the FMCG & Distribution sector in a regional capacity Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to achieve sales targets in the designated area Implement strategies to drive sales growth and market share expansion Understanding of distribution networks, logistics operations, and supply chain management principles Manage operational costs within the assigned area to optimize efficiency and profitability Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products according to set targets Manage the end-to-end sales distribution process for the region, including sales, AR, warehouse and logistics Excellent leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation skills, clear and concise communication skill Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and budget management
