DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Strong IT skills in Microsoft office programs, Excel, PowerPoint etc; and basic trouble shooting of IT network, WIFI Setup,
Email setup based on Microsoft Apps
Generate reports, maintain dashboards, workflow update, track vendor productivity, vendor system, software and hardware requisition.
Reports to Operation Managers.
Ensure that team members are fully briefed on new information within agreed time frame in order to effectively carry out their role.
Manage the productivity, performance, and service quality of the Contact Centre team.
Work with respective stakeholders to ensure that all information is being cascaded accurately.
Provide feedback and recommendations on team performance and productivity.
REQUIREMENT
Prefer candidate with IT support experience.
Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to take the initiative, work independently, and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
