DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues - providing technical assistance and troubleshoot for user PC and other peripherals - setting up new computers, printers, and other peripherals - Documenting solutions and creating knowledge base articles - Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues - Perform DB backups, and verified the backup result - Performing routine daily readiness system check - Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
REQUIREMENT

- physically healthy and has no history of serious illness - IT Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university - Having experience relevant to this role, more preferred from Securities / Brokerage Company - Able to work under pressure and overtime work if needed - Strong understanding of computer hardware, End user software Installation, windows and Linux operating systems, and basic networks operations (LAN). - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions - Excellent verbal communication to explaining related technical information issue to non-technical users. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing IT environments. - Understand of basic scripting or programming skills, particularly for automation tasks. - ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change is important.
