DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and process all necessary import documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, and other relevant paperwork Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient clearance of imported goods Maintain detailed records of all import activities and transactions Assist with the coordination and tracking of import shipments from origin to destination Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the import process Contribute to the continuous improvement of import procedures and documentation Provide administrative support to the wider import/export team as required
REQUIREMENT

Fresh Graduate Wellcome to Apply English Literature / English Education major preferred Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills English communication is preferred
