KRA/KPI
1. IT Asset Management
Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, network devices, printers, and other IT tools.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including inventory tracking, serial numbers, and location.
Assist in procurement and setup of hardware for new employees or office expansions.
2. IT Operations & Support
Provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Log, track, and escalate IT issues through the ticketing system (e.g., AssistMe).
Monitor IT systems for performance, availability, and compliance with internal standards.
Assist end-users with standard IT requests, including password resets, software installations, and connectivity issues.
3. Project Support
Assist IT teams in project-related tasks, such as system rollouts, upgrades, migrations, or testing.
Support documentation and reporting for IT initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors or consultants as required under supervision.
REQUIREMENT
Graduate of any 4‑year IT or Computer‑related course
With at least 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support or related roles
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Work Arrangement: Full onsite
Work Schedule: M-F, 8AM-5PM
Initial contract duration (6 months)
Place of Assignment is Makati/ (Tower One or Circuit)
