DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manages sales of the company's products within the specified target area
Manages all product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discount
Collaborate with Distributor to develop sales & provide quarterly outcome assessments
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products
Ensure that the services provided by distributor can meet customer expectations
Collaborates with marketing team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
Collaborate with Business Development department to explore new product and grab the market
Collaboration with Technical Support team to ensure all installation, service and maintenance as schedule
Collaborates with Finance and accounting to establish & control budgets for sales promotion expense
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Having sales training certificates will be considered as an advantage
Minimum 3 years experiences in the medical device or IVD industry with a high performance
In depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular market
Having experience in handling government project
Have good communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, suppliers and customers
Able to communicate in English
