DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business. Present and promote products and services to both new and existing customers. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through consistent follow-up. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfactions. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports. Willing to conduct site visits to customer locations.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering Previous experience in B2B Sales or Industrial Sales is an advantage Strong negotiation and communication skills Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English
