DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Planning annual budget (Total employee cost, GA cost, Industrial Program). Planning and monitoring annual employee program. Monitoring GA service & facilities and Outsourcing. Ensure organization fulfillment & succession plan. Running & monitoring employee development program (Soft & Technical skills training).
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree of Psychology, Management, Law or Accounting. A minimum of 3 years experience in related position. In-depth knowledge in Industrial Relations (employment regulation and it’s implementation). Have knowledge in Compensation & Benefit, Organization & People Development, Recruitment, and General Affairs. Have a good communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint). Have experience in a Distribution or Logistics company is preferred.
