DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the Greater Bay Area to achieve aggressive sales targets for Hong Kong and Macao International Airport advertising projects Build and grow a solid sales pipeline to achieve sales targets in prospection, driving active prospecting to bring new advertisers to our premium media platforms Deliver exceptional account servicing and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction Leverage the full potential of automated audience targeting to convince key decision makers and secure new budgets Collaborate closely with internal Project, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of sales projects Handle ad hoc projects as required
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or other equivalent disciplines At least 5 years of solid experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in fast-paced B2B environments Strong understanding of Greater Bay Area market dynamics, with good knowledge of major companies in the region and a well-developed professional network Proven experience in B2B sales in fast-paced business environments Prior experience in the advertising or media industry is highly preferred Experience in building and managing a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive pitches to senior stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and be determined to meet sales targets Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and time management skills are highly required Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic, and a good team player Fluent in English and Mandarin Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
