DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and ensure timely sourcing of materials Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and securing competitive pricing Manage the import process, including coordinating with customs, logistics providers, and relevant authorities Maintain accurate records and documentation for all purchasing and import activities Proactively identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency Provide regular updates and reporting to management on the status of ongoing projects and initiatives
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar purchasing or import-related role, preferably in the Trades & Services industry Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail Familiarity with import regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for procurement and supply chain management A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement
