DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide day-to-day IT support to users, troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues, and ensure smooth IT operations with minimal downtime.
Assist in maintaining Windows servers, Active Directory, file servers, and Microsoft 365 user accounts under guidance.
Support basic network operations including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity, and coordinate with vendors or ISPs when required.
Assist in enforcing IT security policies, monitoring antivirus and system updates, and promoting safe computing practices among users.
Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and support equipment setup, movement, and replacement planning.
Assist in monitoring cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Azure AD) and perform routine backup checks and restoration testing.
Support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements, including coordination with external vendors.
Provide basic user guidance on Microsoft 365 and internal systems, and assist in preparing IT documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Handle helpdesk requests professionally, track issues, follow up on resolutions, and escalate problems when necessary.
Assist with audits, IT planning, reporting, and perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager or management.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Min 2 years of IT support experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
Awareness of IT security best practices (passwords, MFA, phishing).
Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Able to work independently with guidance and supervision.
