DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Install and configure security agents (PAM, AV/EDR, DLP, SIEM agents, etc.). Monitor agent performance and troubleshoot related issues. Coordinate with Infrastructure and Application teams during deployment activities. Perform basic server hardening on Windows and RHEL environments. Prepare documentation for implementation results and standard operating procedures.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Qualifications Placement: Multi Finance Industry IT Security Support Engineer Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology. 2–3 years of experience in IT Security, System Administration, or Infrastructure. Ability to operate & administer Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Experience installing and troubleshooting security agents (e.g., PAM – CyberArk/BeyondTrust, Antivirus/EDR, DLP, SIEM agents). Strong understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, ports, firewall, proxy). Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash). Familiar with Active Directory and Group Policy. Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.). Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong security mindset and troubleshooting skills.
