Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
Identify new customers and business opportunities
Promote company products/services through digital and offline channels
Meet sales targets and revenue goals
Conduct market research and analyze competitors

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in sales and/or marketing Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage MS Office / CRM knowledge Sales & persuasion skills Marketing strategy understanding Customer-focused mindset Time management & organization Teamwork and problem-solving
