REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply). Practical experience with Microsoft 365 administration (user management, email, basic SharePoint/Teams support). Basic experience or strong interest in Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and modern device management concepts. Good understanding of Windows operating systems; exposure to macOS and mobile platforms is an added advantage. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN) and basic troubleshooting. Awareness of cybersecurity best practices such as strong passwords, MFA, phishing awareness, and device compliance. Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
