Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
Identify, approach, and manage potential customers in the industrial market.
Provide expert technical advice and solutions to customers to meet their project needs
Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the market
Conduct technical and commercial presentations to introduce product solutions and advantages
Prepare and submit proposals and quotations in a timely manner
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution.
Maintain and strengthen long term customer relationships through regular visits and communication to identify needs and opportunities
Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to achieve sustainable sales growth
Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management, measuring performance and identify areas of improvement
REQUIREMENT
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of mechanical products
Proven track record in B2B technical sales within industrial sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willing to travel within Indonesia for client meetings and site visits
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
Must be fluent in spoken English
