DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for major incidents Plan and implement projects such as cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network redesigns Administer and optimize hybrid environments involving M365, Azure AD, Intune, and on-prem AD Configure and maintain FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs Manage and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (Veeam, Datto) Review and enhance client infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability Assist with documentation, standardization, and process improvement Support the technical training and development of junior engineers
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting diverse clients and infrastructures Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver technical projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, deployment, migration, and post-implementation support Advanced expertise in Microsoft core services, including Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server administration and configuration Hands-on experience with Azure deployment, migration, configuration, and environment management Hands-on experience with Intune deployment, migration, configuration, and device management Strong networking skills, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall administration Advanced proficiency with FortiGate, Meraki, and cloud networking technologies Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating large-scale infrastructure, cloud, or migration projects Solid understanding of backup, replication, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client-communication skills Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, NSE4+, or CCNP (preferred but not required)
