DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To execute human resources functions encompassing of recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee records, training and development. Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Jamsostek) To manage and report PPH 21 & 26 To liaise with relevant government departments on licenses and permits renewal. To handle tasks relating to office administration and purchasing. To manage employee general paperwork documents such as foreigner worker (Visa, Kitas, Passpor, etc) To manage the work enviorentment such as building utilities, company facilities, parking, stationery, and other GA tasks To coordinate and update of documents relating to ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS for Surveillance and Recertification audits. To monitor and update related reports for submission to management. To execute any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an HRGA professional is required. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Solid understanding of local labor laws and experience in liaising with relevant government agencies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. Self-disciplined, able to work under pressure, and capable of meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Pleasant personality and able to communicate well across all levels of the organization. Ready to join immediately
