DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable frontend applications. Make architectural decisions and collaborate with backend, product, and design teams. Troubleshoot complex issues using advanced tools like memory profiling and Lighthouse. Implement SSR/SSG frameworks to enhance SEO and content delivery. Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments via GitLab. Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical leadership. Build user-centric features with a focus on usability and responsiveness.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. 6+ years of experience in modern JavaScript, including advanced concepts (Closures, Currying, Promises) and strong React.js expertise for building scalable interfaces. Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and CSS Modules. Experience with GitLab CI/CD, performance audits, and Web Vitals optimization. Experience with React Testing Library, ESLint, SonarQube, and Cypress. Understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring practices. Exposure to monolithic and micro-frontend architectures. Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
