REQUIREMENT
A recognized degree in Business, Banking, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Secretary / PR / Marketing / Communication background would be a plus. 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience handling complex and highly confidential information. Good organization and administrative skills. Strong customer service skills especially working with international clients. Skills: Excellent command in English both oral & written. Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communications skills. Added value for candidates who possess knowledge of purchasing. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to perform in fast-paced environment and stay on top of multiple activities. Hands on able to multi-task and deliver consistent results, and adjust quickly to changing priorities. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power Point and online diary management skills. Mature, Proactive and meticulous.
