DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals. • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. • Lead the product lifecycle — from discovery, planning, and prioritization to delivery and post-launch analysis. • Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure highquality product releases. • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional reviews to maintain alignment and delivery velocity. • Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities. • Define and monitor product success metrics (KPIs, adoption, NPS, ROI) and use data to guide decisions. • Manage stakeholder expectations across departments including Sales, Operations, and Customer Support. • Lead product demonstrations, customer presentations, and executive updates. • Coach and mentor junior product managers and associate PMs on agile practices, documentation, and prioritization.
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred). • 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or enterprise tech. • Proven record of delivering successful digital products or platforms end-to-end. • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum product delivery frameworks. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills. • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, and product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Power BI, etc.). • Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility. Preferred Skills • Domain experience in logistics, shipping, customs integration, or supply chain digitalization. • Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Data-driven approach with comfort in SQL, Excel, or BI tools. • Experience managing B2B products or enterprise SaaS platforms. • Exposure to UI/UX design process (Figma, Miro, etc.)
