DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Stand by on the hotline to handle incoming calls efficiently and ensure timely support for customer inquiries or issues Create tickets accurately and promptly to document customer issues, ensure proper follow-up, and support resolution processes Handle customer inquiries and issues at the first level Receive and handle inbound calls to provide timely assistance, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a high standard of service delivery
REQUIREMENT

Diploma degree or above in any major with minimum GPA 3.00 0-1 year minimum working experience in customer care (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Basic understanding of customer service principles and communication etiquette (verbal and written) Able to operate a computer (e.g., MS Office, email, and basic data entry)
