DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, covering key functions such as payroll and compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and Indonesian labor regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels. A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Fluency in English is a must.
