DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our team ASAP. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes across the company. Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Handle payroll administration, attendance records, and employee benefits. Maintain and update employee data and personnel files accurately. Support HR documentation, such as employment contracts, letters, and company policies. Assist in organizing training, performance evaluations, and other HR-related programs. Provide administrative support for daily HR operations.
