Educational background minimal S1 (Strata-1) degree of Psychology Have 2 years experience in managing recruitment process and knowledgeable of overall process Have have 2 years experience in Construction / Oil & gas Have good overview of how recruitment works in multinational work environment. Proficient both written and strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Good file management skill High performance attitude with strong and critical analytical thinking skills. Have a good interpersonal relation skill, proactive with positive attitude. Good with details and strong in Microsoft Excel application.
