REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. 5 years experience as an HC Manager. The ability to develop and implement all the programs and procedures required to manage the human resources Substantial knowledge in Labour Law, Social Security & Income Tax Regulations. Significant knowledge of the Indonesian Ministry of Labour law Good leadership skills are proven in an industrial environment. Good understanding of Compensation and Benefits matters. Knowledge of payroll-related programs and processes. Proficient in job evaluation methodologies, including familiarity with systems Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally. Possess excellent team-building skills. Experience managing General Affairs, including overseeing facility management, vendor coordination, and asset management.
