DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Ensure the recruitment process follows the approved manpower plan. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with users for final selection. Develop a strong candidate database and maintain a talent pipeline. Monitor the effectiveness of sourcing methods and improve employer branding strategies. Training & People Development Prepare the annual training plan based on performance appraisal results. Coordinate the execution of internal and external training programs. Evaluate post-training effectiveness and ensure proper follow-up implementation. Performance Management Assist in developing and monitoring annual KPIs for each department. Prepare reports and recommendations based on performance evaluation outcomes. Employee Relations & Compliance Handle industrial relations matters, employee discipline, and grievance resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and collective labor agreements. Coordinate with external parties such as BPJS. HR Operations & Administration Supervise HR administration activities (attendance, contracts, transfers, promotions, etc.). Ensure HRIS data accuracy and smooth monthly processes (payroll, benefits, etc.). Support digital HR implementation (e.g., DingTalk, HRIS System). Strategic HR Initiatives Developing automation within the HR function and creating more efficient, effective and accurate work processes in collaboration with IT team. Participate in corporate culture and employee engagement programs. Provide HR analytics (turnover, training hours, absenteeism, cost per hire, etc.) for management decisions. Support talent mapping, succession planning, and internal talent pool development.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Human Capital/HR, with at least 2 years at a supervisory or assistant manager level. Experience in multi-unit business environments preferred. Strong familiarity with HRIS, KPI management, and performance systems. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking. Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance. High interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proven ability to design and implement HR policies and procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. High integrity and confidentiality in handling HR data. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading.
