DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications that reach millions of users. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and technical leads to deliver elegant, reliable solutions. Apply solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design principles to solve real-world challenges. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and code review standards. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools. REQUIREMENT

Educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields — graduates from top-tier universities are strongly encouraged to apply. Strong foundation in algorithms, logical thinking, and software development principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and collaborate effectively. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about building great products and improving both personally and professionally. Familiarity with frontend or backend frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Java, .NET) or cloud technologies is a plus.
