DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve established sales targets. Conduct interviews and training for the sales team Coordinate with the sales team and other divisions per region Serve as a liaison between the company and sales Develop short-term and long-term sales plans based on company targets. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to determine effective sales strategies. Set individual and team targets based on market analysis and sales capacity Monitor and periodically report on the team's sales performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
REQUIREMENT

English proficiency required Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Sales Coordinator/Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor Experience managing a sales team Ability to understand and analyze sales performance Good communication and leadership skills Accustomed to conducting training for the sales team Motivated by incentives, flexible, and willing to travel on business trips Having experience handling various city in Indonesia
