DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Act as the primary liaison between the Hospital/Business Unit Human Capital team and the Corporate Human Capital pillars (Talent Management, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, etc.).
Support the Hospital HC Unit Head in translating corporate HR strategies into actionable local initiatives.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, systems, and procedures across the hospital and its subsidiaries.
Facilitate communication and alignment between management, employees, and corporate HR.
Provide advisory support on HR-related issues, including manpower planning, employee relations, and performance management.
Manage industrial relations activities, including handling disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and coordination with external stakeholders (unions, labor departments, etc.).
Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify gaps and recommend HR solutions to drive performance and engagement.
Collaborate with Corporate HC pillars on special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in HR Business Partner and/or Industrial Relations roles. Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is an advantage. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and hospital HR operations. Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at various levels. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and manage multiple priorities.
