REQUIREMENT
Holder of a Diploma in Health Management, Hospitality Management or Customer Service related disciplines At least 2 years’ customer service experience preferably in health care, medical insurance industry or hospitality industry Demonstrates good communication, customer services, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Experience in complaint handling is preferred Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated Responsible, able to work under pressure and handle multi-task independently Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin Proficient in MS Office applications Willing to rotate to different business units
