DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle admission registration and related documents, verify insurance documents for direct billing and coordinate with other departments for patient needs Handle appointment bookings and respond to general enquiries by phone Serve as a hospital ambassador by greeting and escorting VIPs and customers, providing high-quality face-to-face customer services, and providing information about the hospital’s facilities and services to patients Perform office administration tasks, including purchasing office supplies, maintaining document records, and completing various general clerical duties Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Customer Service Officer) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time Shift duty and rotation of customer service units are required
REQUIREMENT

Holder of a Diploma in Health Management, Hospitality Management or Customer Service related disciplines At least 2 years’ customer service experience preferably in health care, medical insurance industry or hospitality industry Demonstrates good communication, customer services, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Experience in complaint handling is preferred Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated Responsible, able to work under pressure and handle multi-task independently Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin Proficient in MS Office applications Willing to rotate to different business units
