DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical support for computer hardware, printers, LAN/WLAN networks, and software systems. Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Collaborate with other departments to resolve IT-related problems effectively and in a timely manner. Document support cases and maintain accurate technical records.
REQUIREMENT

Good professional appearance. Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, and network/server maintenance. Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills in both hardware and software. Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a high self-motivation. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems. Basic understanding of network security and data protection. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSA, or equivalent) are considered a plus.
