REQUIREMENT
Minimum education: SMK/D3/S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Network Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 0–1 year in a similar position (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic understanding of troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks. Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and disciplined in maintaining documentation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
