DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and approach potential B2B corporate clients to promote Aksoro’s coaching, training, and business service solutions. Build and maintain strong business relationships to understand client needs and offer tailored proposals. Execute B2B sales outreach through calls, emails, and networking to generate qualified leads and sustain a solid pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, deliver presentations, and close deals effectively. Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide insights to refine B2B strategies and service offerings.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in business consulting, coaching, or training services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers. Strong networking abilities and proactive in identifying new business opportunities. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Results-driven with a strong understanding of client relationship management. Willingness to be based in Yogyakarta and open to travel for client meetings when necessary.
