DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide excellent and friendly service to all customers. Assist customers by explaining product details and promotions clearly. Process customer payments via cashier station or self-service machine. Ensure the counter area is clean, tidy, and well-organized. Deliver exceptional service, especially for loyal and returning customers. Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Counter Staff or in the hospitality industry. Attractive appearance, neat, energetic, and communicative. Demonstrates honesty, attention to detail, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools. Willing to work in shifts. Preferably familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Knowledge of operating EDC machines is an advantage.
