DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in driving brand-appropriate growth within premium on-trade channels such as hotels, membership clubs, top bars, and fine-dining restaurants as an Assistant Sales Manager in the On-Trade team based in Hong Kong.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Promote company values and culture, orchestrate local B2B business plans.
Contribute to overall business growth aligned with brand positioning and philosophy.
Achieve commercial results in the On-Trade channel.
Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying business partners' requests.
Maximize listings and merchandising/display at outlet level to enhance brand exposure.
Engage customers through brand stories, promotions, and events.
Consolidate, analyze, and forward weekly action summaries to managers.
Collect market intelligence
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within beverages, hospitality, FMCG, or premium lifestyle consumer goods
University degree or above in Business or related disciplines.
Mature, self-motivated, and proactive individual with strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and embrace challenges
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
