1. Business Process Mapping & Analysis
Map and analyze current (as-is) business processes across departments, including quality processes (QMS) under ISO 9001.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks to recommend structured improvements.
Prepare detailed analysis reports and improvement proposals.
2. Process Design & Optimization
Design and document optimized (to-be) processes using BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Integrate improved processes into IT systems such as ERP Odoo and HRIS Dopamine.
Collaborate with users to ensure process designs align with real business needs.
3. Documentation & Quality Assurance
Develop and maintain business process documentation (SOPs, workflow diagrams, Business Requirement Documents, Quality Manuals).
Ensure documentation and implementation are compliant with the ISO 9001 QMS framework.
Support internal audits and periodic quality reviews.
4. System Requirements & Implementation
Gather user requirements through interviews, workshops, or operational observations.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT or vendor teams.
Map business requirements to ERP modules and support configuration, customization, and HRIS integration.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate development results.
Contribute to designing scalable, secure, and integrated system architecture.
5. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate and promote the benefits of process and system changes.
Act as the bridge between business users, IT teams, and ERP/HRIS vendors.
Provide basic training and support to end users during rollout and implementation.
6. Collaboration & Vendor Management
Work closely with Project Managers, System Development leadership, internal developers, and third-party vendors.
Ensure vendor deliverables meet timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
REQUIREMENT
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
3–5 years of experience in Business Process Management or System Analysis, with exposure to ERP implementation (preferably Odoo) and ISO 9001 QMS.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of process modeling (Flowchart, BPMN, MS Visio, or other BPM tools).
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Working knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, workflows, and configurations.
Basic understanding of databases (PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
Experience in system integration (API, data migration) is a plus.
Business Understanding:
Strong grasp of cross-departmental business processes (Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, HR, Production, Logistics, Mining Contractor).
Understanding of process relationships within a holding company structure.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to bridge business and IT.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in problem-solving.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
Team player with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
