We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods. This role is responsible for managing staff, and driving efficiency to support customer requirements. Key Responsibilities ： Monitor, track, and manage inventory accuracy and stock levels. Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation. Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a safe working environment. Drive warehouse organization, cleanliness, and process efficiency. Ensure compliance with storage, shipping, and inventory management procedures. Conduct regular quality control on stored products to maintain quality standards. Plan and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, including quality control measures. Oversee warehouse security, stock availability, and report operational activities to management. Prepare and analyze inventory reports periodically to evaluate warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments. Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet operational deadlines. Analyze warehouse data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
