Manage and ensure stable Warehouse Operation.
Manage Warehouse Management System.
Responsible for all inbound and outbound process in the warehouse.
Create or review SOP to increase operation efficiency and accuracy.
Stimulate all team members to proactively implement improvement activities.
Monitor all warehouse staff and supervise their work so that it is according to work standards.
Handling of goods (placement, collection and storage) is carried out according to the SOP by considering effectiveness and efficiency.
Make planning, monitoring and warehouse reports every month.
Responsible for supervising the process and quality of order fulfillment, ensuring that all orders can be processed quickly and effectively, including the return and replacement of abnormal orders, etc.
Divide and guide the daily work of department members according to daily business volume
Responsible for inventory data statistics and ERP archiving, and analyze warehouse monthly data
Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation management of the warehouse environment to ensure operational safety
Other matters assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any background.
Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English with people all levels.
Minimum 3 years of work experience as a leader in a warehouse.
Understand the Warehouse Management System.
Have work experience in operating E-Commerce
Have a sense of responsibility, execution, and good teamwork awareness.
Be motivated and able to withstand certain work pressure.
