DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Sales Strategy & Execution: Analyze market trends, forecast performance, and execute sales activities to meet profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction targets.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the Sales team, ensuring professionalism and achievement of individual sales target. Oversee training completion and product knowledge development.
Market Development: Maximize local market potential, improve profitability, and align the team with Volvo’s vision and values.
Customer Engagement: Act as a Volvo Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer consultation and communication in line with brand standards.
Product Launches: Collaborate with the Principal to introduce new models to the Hong Kong market, including variant and specification planning.
Pricing & Support Negotiation: Lead discussions with the Principal on pricing strategies and support packages.
REQUIREMENT
University degree holder Minimum 8 years of experience in Hong Kong’s automotive or luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in sales management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken) Exceptional presentation, communication, leadership, and team management abilities High business acumen with a flexible and adaptive mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
