DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the management and coordination of our distributor network across South Jakarta and other key markets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand distributor coverage and penetration Negotiate and manage distributor contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements Monitor distributor sales performance and provide support to drive growth Identify new distribution opportunities and onboard potential partners Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute joint promotional campaigns Provide regular sales reporting and insights to the leadership team
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of success Proven track record of successfully managing a distributor network in the sales industry Excellent negotiation, contract management, and commercial acumen Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales plans Proficient in using sales data and analytics to drive informed decision-making Familiarity with the Jakarta market and distribution landscape Fluent in English, both spoken and written About us PT Lock & Lock Indonesia is a leading provider of innovative and reliable home and kitchen solutions.
