DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, psychological tests, interviews, and onboarding Conduct preliminary screening interviews prior to scheduling interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talents Monitor and follow up on contract renewals and probation appraisals with relevant stakeholders
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (min. GPA 3.00) Preferably has at least 1 year of experience in recruitment roles Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in psychological testing, scoring, and psychogram reporting Good communication and interpersonal skills Good at both spoken and written English Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Workplace: Sunter, North Jakarta
